I hereby certify that I am of good health and am not under the influence of alcohol or drugs and that I am not pregnant and do not suffer from any illness, disability, epilepsy, back condition, heart disease or injury that could affect my ability to drive a kart.
I understand that by driving dangerously or making excessive contact with other karts I could forfeit my right to complete the session and be barred from continuing without the right to a refund.
YOU MUST ATTEND A SAFETY BRIEFING BEFORE ENTERING A KART.
